Payment methods

We accept checks and credit cards. We no longer accept purchase orders as payment for public classes.

NOTE: We cannot reserve seats in a class without payment.

Private classes

If your company has multiple students interested in the same class, you might want to consider a private class taught at your site.

Please contact training@scriptorium.com for details about private training.

Cancellation policies

If you cannot attend a class that you've registered for, you can have someone else take your place. Please send a note to training@scriptorium.com to let us know the substitute's name. Or you can cancel your registration as follows:

  • If you cancel your registration:
    • Three weeks or more before the class begins: you receive a full refund minus a $75 service charge.
    • Less than three weeks but at least one business day before the class begins: you receive a 50% refund.
  • If you do not attend a class you've registered for, and you neither cancel your registration nor send a substitute, you will not receive any refund.


Scriptorium Publishing reserves the right to cancel and reschedule classes due to inclement weather, instructor illness, or any other reason. We will, of course, attempt to limit these instances and we will not cancel public web-classes because of low enrollment. When changes are necessary, we will provide notification as promptly as possible under the circumstances.
